How we approach cove & led lighting
Fan and AC planning
Fan rods, AC cassettes and service access panels are marked early so nothing is cut into the finished ceiling later.
Height and room proportion
A false ceiling lowers the room slightly. In rooms under about 9 feet we use a peripheral drop rather than a full drop so the room does not feel low.
Gypsum board or POP
Gypsum boards are factory-made, install fast and give flat, crack-resistant surfaces; POP is hand-finished and suits curved designs. Our comparison guide explains when each is better.
Plan the lights before the ceiling
Cove strips, spotlights, fan hooks and AC positions are marked first so the framing can carry them and wiring stays hidden.

Quoted per square foot of ceiling, so the area matters most.

Multiple drops, curves and coves take more labour.

What color temperature is best for home living rooms?
We recommend 3000K Warm White for living and bedrooms because it creates a cozy, welcoming, luxury hotel-like ambiance that flatters furniture and wall colors.
Does a false ceiling reduce room height?
Slightly. A peripheral drop keeps the centre higher; we show heights on a sketch before work.
Can a false ceiling be fixed over seepage?
We recommend fixing the seepage first and checking the slab.
