What is the starting price for a 2 BHK interior package?
Our basic 2 BHK essential package starts from approximately Rs. 2,45,000, which includes a modular kitchen, two full-height wardrobes with lofts, and a living room TV console. Pricing varies based on the choice of finish (laminate vs acrylic) and hardware.
What type of wood and plywood do you use?
We use certified Boiling Water Proof (IS:710) Marine Plywood for kitchens and wet areas, and heavy-duty Boiling Water Resistant (IS:303) BWR plywood for dry room wardrobes and consoles. We never use cheap MDF or particle board.
Which hardware brands do you install?
We install soft-closing European hardware from Hettich, Blum, and Ebco, including soft-close hinges, quad drawer runners, tandem boxes, and hydraulic bed mechanisms.
How long does a modular kitchen take to complete?
A standalone modular kitchen typically takes 15 to 20 working days from design sign-off to handover.
How long does a full home interior take to complete?
A complete 2 BHK or 3 BHK turnkey home interior takes 30 to 45 working days.
What warranty do you provide on interior work?
We provide a 10-year warranty on marine plywood structural integrity against delamination, warping, and borer attacks, plus standard manufacturer warranties on all Hettich and Blum hardware.
Can I bring my own interior design or Pinterest photos?
Yes! Bring any reference pictures from Instagram or Pinterest. Our designers will adapt them to your exact room dimensions and propose the right materials to achieve that exact look.
What are your payment terms?
We work on a transparent milestone-based payment schedule: 10% on design confirmation, 40% on material procurement and factory cutting, 40% on delivery and assembly commencement, and the final 10% on complete handover.
