Quality of build
Carcases are made from boiling-water-proof marine plywood (IS:710) where the package scope says so, with sealed edges and soft-close hardware as listed in the quotation.
Written scope
The quotation lists every item, board thickness, finish, hardware and warranty. Items not listed (for example civil work, appliances or loose furniture) are not included unless the quotation says so.
What affects the final price
The starting price assumes a standard home layout and the finishes named above. It moves with room sizes, the number of wardrobes and lofts, laminate versus acrylic or PU finishes, ceiling area, hardware tier and any extra items you add. What is the payment schedule for the 2 BHK Standard Package?
Payments are staggered across four safe milestones: 10% on 3D design sign-off, 40% when raw plywood is delivered to our workshop, 40% when modular units arrive on-site, and the final 10% after full assembly and cleaning.
Is the package price final?
The listed price (₹2,45,000) is a starting point for the typical scope. The final fixed price is written in your quotation after we measure your home.
Can I change items in the package?
Yes. Number of wardrobes, finish (laminate or acrylic), ceilings and hardware can be adjusted and the quotation updated.
How long will it take?
Typically 30-35 Working Days from design approval, depending on your final scope and finish.
