1. On-Site Laser Measurement & Consultation
We visit your property, discuss your lifestyle needs, inspect civil walls, plumbing and electrical points, and record millimeter-precise measurements with digital laser tools.
2. Space Planning & 3D Photorealistic Design
Our designers craft functional 2D floor plans and 3D visual walkthroughs. You see your actual rooms, chosen laminates, colors, and lighting effects before any cutting starts.
3. Material Selection & Fixed Quotation
You review tangible laminate swatches, quartz countertops, and hardware at our workshop. We finalize an itemized fixed-price agreement with no hidden surcharges.
4. Workshop Fabrication & Edge Banding
Carcase panels and shutters are cut with computerized precision and sealed with hot-melt edge banders at our Anandalai facility, protecting every corner from moisture.
5. Polite, Clean On-Site Assembly
Our in-house carpenters assemble and anchor the modular cabinets, fit Blum/Hettich hinges, install false ceilings, and mount feature walls with minimal noise and strict dust control.
6. Quality Audit, Deep Clean & Handover
Every drawer alignment, hinge tension, and LED light is audited against our 40-point checklist. We deep-clean the rooms and hand over your ready-to-live home with a 10-year warranty certificate.
What you can expect at each stage
Each stage ends with something you can see and approve: a measured plan, a 3D layout, a written quotation, finished modules at the workshop, an installed room and a handover checklist. Payments follow milestones listed in your quotation. If you want to speed things up, tell us your move-in date at the first call and we will schedule backwards from it.
